On an Inspection trip you can see the properties as well as getting to now Cyprus; Nicosia (Lefkosia), Limassol (Lemesos), Larnaca (Larnaka), Pafos (Paphos) and Ammochostos (Paralimni, Ayia Napa and Protaras). You can search our data base which will help you choose the property you require.
Before your arrival, an experienced coordinator from our office in Cyprus will contact you. Together, you will go through a selection of properties and to help you choose the property that suits your requirements.
An Inspection Trip budget can be done on request.
We will then arrange an itinerary for your visit; we will also visit all the amenities and beaches of the area.
COST OF INSPECTION TRIP
The cost of an inspection trip, is from ………… off peak season (November and January to March), per person.
The prices in peak season are from ……… (April to October and December), per person.
The cost of the inspection trip must be paid on booking via credit card or bank transfer. We remind you, that an Inspection Trip budget can be done on request, before you book your tickets, according to your requirements.
If you end up buying any of the properties we are offering to you direct from our office, you will get full refund.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR INSPECTION TRIPS TO CYPRUS
Inspection trips are for a maximum of two adults, for any other passengers, you will pay the full amount on return flights and on accommodation (depending on availabilities). Inspection trips are from major U. K. airports (Scotland, Ireland and smaller airports will incur additional cost).
Once an inspection trip is booked, no changes to tickets, or accommodation and no refunds can be made.
Please note that inspection trips are not free of charge, and only cover trips from the UK.
Inspection trips are not applicable to clients who have already purchased the property
